1.I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from sexiw.com. You can return your item(s) for a
full refund within 365 days of purchase. (
Returns must be unused as the same as you
received them, in the original packaging and the latex in custom-made is unavailable to be returned.)
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to
download the form and fill in it, then send

2.I want to exchange my purchase! What do I do?
Exchange is welcome if you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise with your purchase
within 365 days of purchase. (The product must be unused, in the condition you received them,
and in the original packaging and the latex in custom-made is unavailable to be exchanged.)
The easiest way for you to exchange the merchandise is to

3.How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt),
your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of
payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, your credit may
take an additional 2-10 business day to reach to your account during the processing time.
4.Is there any discount for bulk/volume purchases?
YES! The discount applies to you automatically when you made payment at checkout.

5.Is it free shipping?
Yes! Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, sexiw.com offers
free shipping all over the world. The orders placed on our website, with no minimum order, sizes
or special exceptions.
6.How long will it take to ship the order to me?
We offer free shipping all over the world. Furthermore, sexiw.com understands that getting your
items quickly is important to you, so we also offer the faster express delivery for our customer. Express delivery
is not available for free shipment.

We are sorry that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
For the US territories, please leave a comment when you placing the order. For example, if you
were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could
state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.

7.How can I trace my order?
You tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 3-5 working
days by email after we received your payment.
Attention: If you choose the free shipping option, your parcel would be directly delivered to your
local post office. We will inform you immediately once it arrived. Please take your tracking
number and your personal ID to collect your items.

10.I lost my sexiw.com store Credit coupon code, how do I get it?
You can find your Zentai Store Credit coupon code in the email you were sent when your return
was received and you were given Zentai Store Credit. If you lost this email or cannot find this
email, you may obtain your Zentai Store Credit code by emailing the Zentai Customer service
Team, who would be more than happy to email you another within 24 hours as we are unable to
provide the code by phone.
11.Do you charge customs duty on any countries?
The buyer could be required by law to pay customs duty on order ship to Western Europe. The
appropriate charges could be required when the customer receives the parcel. Although sexiw.com
is always trying to minimize the amount of customs duty, it still highly depends on receiver’s
government customs policy.
Cancellation
12.How do I cancel my payment?
Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the "Confirm and
Submit" page. Our processing time is about 3 days. During processing time it may be possible to
cancel your order, but once you received your tracking number by email, it cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any
unwanted items in accordance with our free returns policy.
