Phase I of the outlet center consists of 250,000 square feet of retail space and includes forty-nine outlet stores and two restaurants. Two of the outlets are scheduled to open in May. The outlet stores will carry famous designer and brand name merchandise and will offer every day factory-direct savings of 20-60% off retail prices. Each store is owned and operated by the manufacturer.

Bass & Co., GAP Outlet, Guess Factory Store, Harry and David, Jockey, Jones New York, Kitchen Collection, L’eggs Hanes Bali Playtex, Liz Claiborne Shoes, Mikasa, Music for a Song, Naturalizer, Nautica, Nike, OshKosh B’Gosh, Pfaltzgraff, Polo Ralph Christian louboutin, Reebok, Rockport, Rue 21, Samsonite Co. Store, Springmaid-Wamsutta, Tommy Hilfiger, totes/Isotoner Sunglass World, Ultra Diamond Outlet, Van Heusen, Vitamin World, Warnaco Factory Store (Calvin Klein Jeans), Welcome Home,Louboutin Shoes, and Wilson’s Leather Outlet. Restaurants will include Broadway Pizza and Subway. BOSE and Waterford Wedgwood will be opening in May.
The architecture of the Outlets at Albertville has been designed to fit with the upscale nature of the stores. The center’s look is highlighted by copper roofs and striped awnings that give a boutique-type quality to the stores. The center will also feature special amenities for shoppers such as an outdoor children’s playground and a free trolley shuttle throughout the center.
